Support alumni to enter the university together with their friends and relatives. Alumni can enter the university with their ID card or application code after filling in the information of their friends and relatives in the "Task Center".

Use all exclusive functions

1. Existing j Account

      Alumni who already have a j Account do not need to apply again; those who have applied for a j Account after leaving school do not need to register again, they can use the j Account they have already registered to log in directly to the "Task Center" to use all the exclusive functions of the alumni.

2. No j Account

      Alumni who have not applied for jAccount can apply through the link, support online self-help application, if you can not self-help application need to be manually certified by the College, provide personal document information and academic information for certification, the certification period is three working days (non-winter and summer vacation period),you can continue to register for a j Account account after successful authentication.

3. Forget j Account username & password

       Alumni can retrieve their j Account username or password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the "Task Center" and using their bound email or cell phone number; if you want to change all your contact information, please go to the link to apply; after entering your name and ID information, you can After entering your name and ID information, you can apply for the change of email or cell phone number, and be notified by email or SMS after the application is approved.

03 Management

1. alumni j Account uses real names and is restricted to alumni only, and cannot be lent to others. Otherwise, if found, the account will be closed and cannot be applied again.

Q:Can I apply for Alumni jAccount?

A:Graduates who have received academic degree education from Shanghai Jiao Tong University can apply.

Q:What documents do I need to apply for an alumni j Account?

A:As the alumni j Account application is a real-name authentication system, face recognition or uploading document information is required for verification, and alumni entering the manual authentication process also need to add academic information materials to accelerate the authentication process.

Q:Do I have a j Account account? Do I need to apply again?

A:If you are unable to confirm if you have a j Account, you can go to the j Account registration page and fill out your personal information. If you are prompted with an existing account, you do not need to apply again to use your existing account to log in.

Q:Can I change my account name if I already have a j Account account?

A:When applying for a j Account account, please choose your username carefully as it cannot be changed after successful application.

Q:What should I do if I forget my j Account password and user name?

A:Alumni can retrieve their j Account username or login password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the "Task Center" and using their bound email or cell phone number.

Q:How to apply for "Siyuan Code"?

A:After logging in the new version of "Task Center" APP, click on "Siyuan Code" to open, and click on "Open only the identity code" to apply successfully;

Q:I have successfully registered j Account, but I still can't log in to "Task Center"?

A:Please make sure you have received the SMS or email notification of successful account registration, not the alumni identity authentication notification, if you have not received the notification, please wait patiently for the authentication. If you have received the SMS notification of successful registration, please wait for five minutes to log in again because it involves updating user information and opening functional privileges.

Q:Is it possible to access the library and use the seat reservation function?

A:Due to the upgrade of the library gates, alumni are temporarily unable to enter the library, please look forward to more services in the future.
